We spend thousands on certifications and track it in email threads. Managers approve requests without knowing what the team already holds, what it costs, or what is left in the budget.

So I built CertPath, and then I made every screen in it intelligent. For the employee it reads the skills you actually work in, checks what you can already prove, and recommends against the gap. It will not suggest an AWS certification to someone who already holds one.

For the manager it writes a decision brief she never asked for: how many similar requests exist elsewhere in the org, the catalog price variance, the budget remaining. The model writes the summary. Every figure stands on its own. Past a threshold it escalates itself. And the org-wide view catches what a flat list hides, like 11 certifications already expired and 16 more inside 180 days. An approval chain became a decision you can make in one screen. Built during our engineering AI hackathon.
