My experience at Dreamforce 2025

Dreamforce 2025 highlighted the rapid rise of the Agentic Enterprise and reinforced the importance of high-quality data for successful AI adoption. Marc Benioff’s keynote showcased expanding Agentforce use cases, with the highlight being Salesforce’s deeper partnership with OpenAI to strengthen enterprise-grade AI capabilities. The event emphasized that AI elevates—not replaces—human contribution, enabling organizations to achieve more with existing resources. A clear message emerged: companies must build strong data foundations rooted in trust, control, compliance, and validation to leverage agents effectively. Gruve supports this shift by helping organizations establish these foundations and scale their agentic initiatives.

Coming from an exciting week in San Francisco for Dreamforce 2025, I am excited for the future of Agentic Enterprise. The energy was infectious, and I enjoyed seeing more Agentforce use cases across the different keynotes and speaking sessions. Topping it off with a great musical performance by Metallica at the Chase Center, or Benson Boone (if you had attended his concert) and the many valuable conversations that took place on the Moscone floors and partner events around the venue. This year was truly a great experience to get more insights into the future of Agentic Enterprise, connecting with old friends, networking with new ones, and bringing back learnings for the rest of my team. 

Agentic Enterprise in Action and OpenAI Partnership 

I enjoyed watching all the keynotes this year and seeing the various Agentic use cases showcased on Marc Benioff’s main keynote. My biggest takeaway? The OpenAI Partnership announcement. This expanded partnership with OpenAI opens powerful doors into building an enterprise-grade foundation for the Agentic Enterprise. 

Flying in a Time Machine 

Dreamforce was a vehicle for peeking into a future where humans and agents drive customer success together. It wasn’t about AI replacing people; rather, it’s elevating the human experience and doing more with what you have. 

Is your Org Agentic Enterprise Ready? 

“If you don’t have your data right, you’re not going to get your AI right.” 
 
We’ve been hearing this time and time again. The emphasis on quality data when building AI or Agents is something all orgs need to think about when becoming Agentic Enterprise Ready.
