Recruiter - Salesforce
Position summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in sourcing, identifying, and hiring top Salesforce professionals, including developers, administrators, solution architects, and consultants. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technology, the Salesforce ecosystem, and the ability to effectively manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Recruiting:
- Identify and attract top Salesforce talent through job boards, LinkedIn, industry forums, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of Salesforce professionals.
Candidate Screening:
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' Salesforce expertise, certifications, and experience.
- Evaluate cultural fit and alignment with organizational needs.
Client Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, project needs, and team dynamics.
- Provide insights and advice on hiring trends within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Interview Coordination:
- Manage interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
Employer Branding:
- Represent the company at Salesforce-related events and forums to attract talent.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding efforts in the Salesforce community.
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate, 5+ years’ as a recruiter hiring for Tech roles specially in an MNC/Start-up.
- Proven experience in recruiting Salesforce professionals (administrators, developers, consultants, etc.).
- Understanding of Salesforce platforms, certifications, and roles within the ecosystem.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting for niche Salesforce roles, such as Marketing Cloud specialists or CPQ consultants.
- Familiarity with global Salesforce hiring trends.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
