Junior Service Delivery Engineer, Cybersecurity
Job Description
As a Junior Service Delivery Engineer at Gruve Korea, you will support our team in being the point of contact for our clients in the cybersecurity, AI and workload migration services sectors. You will assist in various projects, including cybersecurity, cloud migration, CRM, and AI/data analytics, learning to act as a technical liaison between local customers and our cybersecurity and software team in India. Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Support: Assist in developing and growing client relationships under the guidance of senior team members.
- Project Assistance: Support the delivery of projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and contractual obligations. Keep track of project timelines, escalations and profitability
- Stakeholder Communication: Help maintain communication across multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners. Collaboration between different Internal teams and customer stake holders
- Customer Success: Contribute to customer success by supporting service delivery to meet expected outcomes.
- Digital Transformation: Learn to align services with customer transformation strategies and goals.
- Service Planning and Review: Assist in setting up service plans and participate in service review meetings with clients.
- Issue Management: Support the team in addressing delivery-related topics, including incidents and service requests.
- Onboarding and Projects: Help with client onboarding activities, upgrade/migration projects, and other service delivery initiatives.
- Knowledge Sharing: Actively participate in knowledge sharing within the Client Delivery Management community.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Up to one year of experience in project delivery, IT support, or customer service roles.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
- Strong customer orientation with good communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn about managing client engagements and technical aspects of service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of technical infrastructure, AI/ML, and cybersecurity concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services.
- Good written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Internship or project experience in IT, consulting, or customer service roles.
