Position summary
As an HR Generalist at Gruve Korea, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, supporting our growing team in a fast-paced AI startup environment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our HR processes, ensuring compliance, and contributing to a positive employee experience.

주요 업무
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, maintain employee records, and oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Payroll Management: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary adjustments and benefits administration.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance evaluation processes.
- Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with Korean labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures13.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and sometimes conduct training sessions for employees.
- HR 운영: 일상적인 HR 관리 업무, 직원 기록 유지, 입사부터 퇴사까지의 직원 생애주기 관리
- 급여 관리: 재무팀과 협력하여 정확하고 신속한 급여 처리, 급여 조정 및 복리후생 관리
- 인재 채용: 채용 노력 주도, 구인 공고, 지원자 심사, 면접 진행 및 채용 프로세스 진행
- 직원 관계: 직원 문의 대응, 갈등 중재, 긍정적인 근무 환경 조성
- 성과 관리: 성과 평가 프로세스 개발 및 구현 지원
- 정책 및 규정 준수: 한국 노동법 준수 및 최신 HR 정책과 절차 유지
- 교육 및 개발: 직원 교육 세션 조정 및 때때로 직접 진행
기본 요건
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
- Good knowledge of Korean labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS and payroll systems
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
선호요건
- Good communication skills in both Korean and English
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in the tech or startup
- Experience with data analysis and HR metrics
- Knowledge of performance management and employee development practices
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
