Director of Marketing
Position Description
Gruve is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Marketing to lead and oversee the marketing strategy and execution for our US office. The Director of Marketing will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and brand management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and public relations.
- Manage the marketing budget and track ROI for all marketing initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and report on results.
- Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and brand management. Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
