REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – August 28, 2025 – Gruve.ai, the outcome-based AI services platform for enterprise IT, today announced it has been named a global Cisco managed XDR (MXDR) partner. With this collaboration, Gruve will expand its ability to deliver AI-powered threat detection and response at scale. Gruve plans to onboard more than 20,000 users onto Cisco XDR over the next two years, empowering enterprises with comprehensive, real-time threat detection and response.
Powered by Cisco XDR, Gruve now delivers a managed XDR service that enhances customers’ security posture by enabling faster threat detection, reducing alert noise, and ensuring consistent policy enforcement through its AI-powered SOC. Cisco XDR unifies threat signals across email, endpoint, identity, network, and cloud, enriching them with Cisco Talos threat intelligence. Leveraging Gruve’s 24×7 SOC, alerts are mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK® framework to drive rapid investigation and response—helping organizations stay ahead of evolving threats.
“Security remains a critical imperative for enterprises, yet many organizations are challenged by an avalanche of alerts, fragmented tooling, and siloed security approaches,” said Jay Kulkarni, SVP, Strategic Accounts at Gruve.ai. “Enterprises need solutions that deliver tangible results—not just recommendations. Our collaboration combines Cisco’s industry-leading XDR capabilities with Gruve’s AI-driven operations to provide real-time visibility and help customers address security threats faster.”
“Gruve’s new offering, powered by Cisco XDR, will bring incremental value to our shared customers, enabling them to quickly identify and respond to the latest security threats,” said Brian Feeney, Vice President Global Security Partner Sales, Cisco. “This collaboration with Gruve is a critical component of Cisco’s global XDR strategy, highlighting our ongoing commitment to empower global partners and accelerate channel growth.”
Gruve is the second company to become a global managed services partner for Cisco XDR. This designation builds on Gruve’s momentum following a $37.5 million funding round, that included Cisco Investments. Gruve supports enterprises in regulated and resource-constrained sectors such as healthcare, government, and financial services with secure AI and data transformation services.
